Many JEE aspirants and their parents have informed me that a large number of students from different parts of our country are opting for coaching classes. It's interesting to note that students join these coaching classes immediately after Standard X, and study there for two years. In their first year, coaching classes start teaching 12th standard courses, when logically, they should begin with standard XI courses.
Students are drilled to learn a concept, and then made to solve a large number of unnatural and undeserving complex problems again and again. This is what we call parrot learning, and this kind of learning kills their creativity.
The course 'Class 11 and 12 Basics' is designed to clear fundamental concepts. Aasanka recommends moving to ÍIT JEE' course only after student understands the basic well.
